It's easy to become a host on Wonstay. Anyone who has an apartment, room, villa, ... and experience that can be partially or fully leased can become host on Wonstay.

Becoming a host and listing on Wonstay are completely free.
Wonstay does not charge commission for each successful booking now. We will inform the host when our policy changes.
If you rent separately each room, each of your rooms is 1 listing on Wonstay. For example, you have 10 separate rental rooms, you will create 10 listings on Wonstay. Don't worry about having to create too many listing on Wonstay, our platform will help you copy the listing quickly without taking too much time to create each listing. If you rent the whole apartment with many rooms, your entire apartment will be 1 listing on Wonstay.
We aim to build a trusted community through verified user information. Therefore, we need to verify Email, ID and phone number before listing on Wonstay.
You are completely proactive in setting the selling price and cleaning fee. The cleaning fee will be charged once for the whole stay. In addition, you can set prices for some special dates, or high season prices in the schedule.

We regret to say that Wonstay has not updated this feature yet.
If the apartment is activated or Instant Pay mode, it means the guest can book and instant pay for your apartment. If the guests choose to Request to Book, you can easily control it. You can refuse to make reservations depending on the case.
You can turn on Instant Pay in the Overview when listing on Wonstay. Or Log in your account, choose Switch to Host, My Listings, choose Manage Listing and Calendar, Overview and turn on Instant Pay.
You can set the minimum stay on the Listing section when listing on Wonstay, or you can Log in your account, choose Switch to Host, My Listings, choose Manage Listing and Calendar, select Listing to edit.
You can hide your listing. Go to My Listings/My Experiences and choose Active to turn into Inactive and vice versa
To find apartments: 1. Go to wonstay.com, enter a destination or property, check in, and check out. 2. Click Search. 3. If you want, use the Filters (Ex: price) to restrict your options. 4. Click on an apartment to view details. To learn more, read the description, check available amenities, review the host's rules and read the reviews left by other guests. 5. If you have any questions, send a message to the host. Or, if you are ready to book, request to book immediately (or use Instant Pay if the host installs). You can also save your favorite places in the My Wishlist to book later or share with friends.
We encourage all hosts and guests to complete their reservations through our website before meeting directly to ensure their safety and privacy. You can find out more information about apartments through the website in the following ways: - Send a message to the hosts - Read verified information - Read the reviews of guests staying - Images have been certified Hosts also need to provide information about themselves before accepting a sale on the website.
You need to enter the destination, check-in date and check-out date when searching on Wonstay, all available apartments will be displayed for your trip. We always encourage all hosts to update their calendar, you need to consider sending a message to your host to check whether their home is empty. You can also send a message to the host to require them for other details about their apartment.
To exchange to the host about the apartment: 1. In listing, select Request to Book. If you choose Instant Pay, it means that the host agrees you pay for the day, and the booking has been completed since step 4. 2. Review your booking information, make sure that all details are correct. 3. Add payout methods and discount codes if you have. 4. Agree to the Terms of Services, Cancellation Policy and House Rule. 5. Wait until the host responds. The host has 24 hours to reply you, usually reply within a few hours. If your booking is accepted, you will pay the full amount of the reservation. If the host does not agree, or does not reply within 24 hours, you do not have to pay any fee.
You can check the booking status in "My Trips". At the same time when the host accepts request to book, you will receive an email notification from Wonstay. The status of your booking request will also change to "Accepted".
When the host accepts your booking request, go to Your trips, select Payment at Payment status to add new payment method, check carefully the informations and confirm payment. If you book with the Instant Payment, you will have to pay the full amount for the reservation at that time by adding a method and confirming payment.
You can‘t change the booking request sent, to change it, please send another booking request for the host.
If your booking request is refused, it can be that the host does not have any days during this time. You can search for other apartments to staying.
There are many reasons, you can check out some common reasons: - Expired card - Daily payment limit - The card doesn't have enough money You should contact the bank where provide your card to know exactly the reason your card cannot be paid.
You don't have to pay any fees in this case. Wonstay encourages you to choose and book another one that is suitable for your trip.
The total payment on Wonstay includes: - The price for one night - Cleaning fee: the fee is paid for host to cleaning their apartment. - Services fee of Wonstay's system and support services.
Wonstay's services fee helps Wonstay maintain the operation of Wonstay's system and support department. This fee is received from 0% to 20% of the total revenue of the booking including the night room price and the cleaning fee. This cost depends on the factors of long stay, the features of the apartment ... Guests will see this cost page on the payment website before they book. The same with Experiences.
Go to My trips, select the Receipts of the booking that you want to see.

Moderate: Refund guests 50% of the payment when guests cancel booking before 3 days from check-in date. Refunds do not include service fees and transfer fees. Strict: No refunds when the guests cancel a reservation.
If your reservation is canceled by the host, we will automatically refund you a full refund. You can check the refund status in your Transaction history.
If your host tells you that they cannot satisfy your staying time, don't cancel the trip if they request. If you cancel, you may not be eligible for a full refund because it will depend on the host's cancellation policy.
You can cancel your reservation anytime before or during your trip. To cancel a reservation: 1. Go to My Trips and find the trip that you want to cancel 2. Select Cancel at Payment status to cancel the trip Note: If you cancel, your refund fee will be determined according to the host cancellation policy and may be an additional transfer fee.
If you cancel your reservation, your refund amount will be based on your host cancellation policy. The refunded amount does not include service fee and may be an additional transfer fee.
To deactivate your account: - Access Account on Wonstay - Click Account - Select Settings - Click Cancel account When you deactivate your account: - Any bookings you currently have as a host or guest will automatically be canceled. - Your profile will be hidden. - If you are a host, your apartments will be hidden. - Some informations such your review, may still display to others. - We will retain your account data,you can reactivate your account in the future. To delete your account: If you want to permanently close and delete your account, please contact us. When you delete your account: - We will verify your identity for security purposes before accepting a removal request. - You cannot reactivate, restore any data or regain access to your account after it’s deleted. - Any bookings you currently have as a host or guest will automatically be canceled. - We will start working on your removal request after we receive it, but some of your data may still be in our system if we are legally required or when we are legally allowed to retain. - Instead of deleting certain data, we may cancel identifying or separating data, so that it no longer appears to be related to you. Some informations such reviews and messages you sent to other users, may still be display to others.
Wonstay can limit, suspend or deactivate your account, as mentioned in our Terms of Service.

After 14 days from the check-out date, you can write a review about your trip. After the review, your review will appear in your account and host. To write a review, go to My Trip, select Review on the trip that you need to review. You can review your review in the Profile, select Review and view your Review.
You cannot edit the review that you wrote.
Wonstay will pay you as soon as you check in. You need to update your payment method in the Payments section. All statistics of commission payments are clearly displayed in the host's Transaction History.
After completing the trip, you can: 1. Go to Your trip and find the trip you have completed 2. Select Review at Payment status You can rate through criteria:   Check-in: Is the check-in quick and convenient?   Clean: Do you feel that the space is clean and neat?   Accuracy: Is the apartment correctly described?   Communication: How well did the host communicate with you before and during your staying? In each criterion, there will be ratings from 1 to 5 stars. Based on the overall experience of the trip to choose an objective and accurate star rating.
The amount of payment which you will receive is that the payment minus the service fee of the platform. Guests will have to pay the extra "service fee" in addition to your listing prices; therefore, the total cost of payment is usually higher than yours.
You can review your trip in the Review section, reflect on us via Wonstay's email or call center for assistance with handling.

Wonstay builds the community with trust, and wants to verify that our platform users are real people. We request participants to verify their identity with government documents such as ID, driving license,... If you see that the ID has been checked, the ID has been verified.
During the payment process, the transfer fee may apply according to your payment method.
Some hosts or experience partners require an ID before booking their services. Therefore, we will request customers to provide their identification to ensure authenticity. We will not provide personal information of customers to any other organization.
You need to Log in to your account, select Edit Profile, select Trust and Verification, choose verify passport or ID card and upload photos. We will review and conduct your information verification.
We will determine the currency exchange rate based on the USD and are fixed on Wonstay's platform. We will change this exchange rate every 3 - 6 months depending on the dollar fluctuation.

My Trips, choose My experiences, select Booking No that you book, Payment status select Message to send a message to the experience organizer.
Normally, after 24h when guests check-out, your guest will review about their trip on Wonstay. When the review is done, the guest review will be appeared on your profile and vice versa.
This situation is rare. If it happens, the experience organizer will have to inform you. Wonstay will refund the full amount of the reservation to you. You can contact Wonstay's customer service department to report related situations.
Normally, after guests reviewed, this review will be considered by Wonstay and be made publicsh immediately.
