The hosts can choose one of our three cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate and Strict) that we are going to enforce. Every home and listing will show the cancellation policies on our platform clearly. Guests can view policies and cancel booking the by logging in your account, choosing My trips, selecting "Receipts" to view policies, selecting "Cancel" to proceed the cancellation. Specific contents of the policy:
Flexible: Refund 100% of the payment when guests cancel booking before 3 days from check-in date. Refunds do not include service fees and transfer fees.
Moderate: Refund 50% of the payment when guests cancel booking before 3 days from check-in date. Refunds do not include service fees and transfer fees.
Strict: No refunds when the guests cancel a reservation.
In case of the Host proactively cancel the Guest's reservation, the Host has to pay Wonstay the service fee that the guest has paid.
